Placing an Order
How to Order
You can place your order via website, by email, and/ or by phone. We want to keep thing simple for our valued customers. Whatever work for you, we will do our best to accommodate your need.
Minimum Order
We have a very low Minimum Order Quantity for each product type, which will be stated on our website. The number will vary from one product to another. For example, Indo Djembe Drum MOQ is 5 pieces, while the wooden mahogany plate, and wooden planters are 10 pieces. Please note that all of our products are sold in a set (either set of 5, or set of 10 based on the MOQ listed for that product). The price listed on our website is for 1pc.
Sample Product
We understand your need to know the quality of products that you want to order. You are welcome to order a product sample without following Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Please note, that it will only apply for your first order. And the customer will be responsible for the cost of sample product and the shipping.
Products Size and/or Color Discrepancies
All our products are handcrafted and most of them are made from either natural materials (wood,bamboo,seagrass) or recycled materials (batik fabric, recycled cotton). Also, due to the lighting effect and your computer screen resolution, the pictures on the website and the real products might differ slightly. Please allow +/-10% variance for either the color and/ or size.
