Cancellation and Refund

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can as long as we haven't started the production process. Once an order is placed, and 50% down payment cleared into our account we will place an order with our crafters and pay them down payment for the production process. When that happened, we will not accept any cancellation request.

Refund Policy

We do not issue refund for any reason after the production process started.
